Fine Wine of Alsace
Wine
In the Elsass the wines refer their names primarily over the Rebsorte, and without exception in the producer area in bottles (flûtes d'Alsace) are filled up. The elsaessischen wines are for each wine friend a special benefit, because they appeal to all sensory impressions. The elsaessische weinbaugebiet is protected by the Vogesengebirge from the oceanic influences, so that it exhibits one of the lowest precipitation quantities of France (450 to 500 mm per year)
The designations:
AOC Alsace: On the label the name of the respective Rebsorte normally stands. It can be however additionally a label name indicated or the reference "noble pince-nez" and/or. "Gentil" for the blend of several white Rebsorten. It could be specified also still geographical instructions (plots, municipality...).

Body realm and contentful, developed rich fruits -, flower and spice flavours. Strongly and seductively, sometimes easily samtig, he is perfect as Apéritif, with exotic kitchen, soft cheese and desserts. |

| Muscat d'Alsace |
With an incomparable Fruchtigkeit, he differs from the sweet Muskatweine of the Mediterranean by his dry character. It obtain the impression to verzehren fresh weintrauben. An ideal wine as aperitif and with receipts, in addition, to asparagus. |

| Pinot Noir |
Is the only Rebsorte of the Elsass for the production of red or Rosé wines, whose fruchtiger taste reminds of cherries. It unfolds its whole originality with red meat, game, cut open, goat cheese or Gruyère (Swiss cheese). |
